How broker access works

Review the plan and request access
Submit the broker organization and administrator information after reviewing the published pricing. No payment is collected with the request.

Complete organization review
LaneLock Technologies verifies the organization and intended account administrator before enabling setup.

Pay and activate
If approved, the broker receives a secure setup link to enter payment information and activate the SpotLock subscription.

Invite the handoff participants
Approved shippers and carriers participate without purchasing SpotLock. Load-specific participants may use secure task links without portal access.
Secure billing: Payment information is requested only after approval. Checkout and subscription management then take place through the secure activation flow.
